Hollywood Land Ltd was established in 2007 to offer residential development advice to clients, landowners and the general public. Its core aim is to ensure that residential developments are progressed as appropriately and efficiently as possible - to ensure that the value of the property is maximised for the client.

 

Established by its principal, Matthew Hollywood, a Rural surveyor with 20 years' experience in the urban residential market. The firms' skill base extends to every aspect of residential development. 'We are the thread that runs through a development proposal - from concept to final completion' explains Matthew.

 

In 2015 the company became part of Mishon Mackay Land & New Homes but continues to offer its services throughout the South East of England and beyond.

Put simply - We add value to your property. Given no guidance or dedicated development advise most properties will gain a consent and sell. However with our careful management additional value can be generated.

 

We act on a no-sale-no-fee basis and only charge a typical Estate Agency type fee when the land is sold. Even if the process takes years to conclude there are no up-front nor ongoing fees.

 

We operate in a transparent and professional manner and are there to guide you through the process; ensuring the maximum value within your timescales is always in the forefront of our minds.

We act in much the same way as an Estate Agent would sell your house; and only charge a fee once the land is successfully sold; but manage the process for owners through the entire lifecycle of the site with no up-front fees.

 

Sites with planning are fully marketed to ensure that the best price is achieved.

 

Sites without planning benefit from our early involvement. Here, once instructed, we manage the properties progression through the design and planning stages, with your architects, ensuring that the most efficient, suitable and valuable of planning permissions are achieved.

 

In the event that sites require assembling, perhaps with a number of landowners needed, we use our experience and diplomacy to bring the group together for a common benefit.
