In these circumstances it is the ability of the purchaser to deliver the planning that is paramount. Committing owners to a 12 months conditional sale is only recommended if the scheme the purchaser is suggesting is viable.
Here we assess the schemes with a technically critical eye and only experience and the confidence to challenge any concerns result in a successful outcome. This initial assessment can also bring further enhancements to the schemes as we review the unit designs for efficiencies and optimisation. In essence we ensure that the schemes are maximising the value of the site for the owner.
Again our involvement is on a 'No sale No fee' arrangement so the successful outcome is important to us as well as the landowner.
