Working closely with a local Estate Agent - Holmes & Co - this site was bought on behalf of Bloor Homes.
Due to its previous use as a petrol filling station and the presense of an aquifer across the sites negotiations concentrated upon our clients ability to clean-up the site as well as their ability to purchase it.
After much negotiating Holmes & Co's client sold the site to Bloor Homes with planning permission for 21 Apartments which they had secured. Decontamination and construction is expected to commence late 2007.
